Filtration defined by process conditions

Kleema develops bag filters for particulate control in industrial processes, sized specifically for each application. Gas flow rate and temperature, particulate characteristics, and operating duty guide filter area definition, filter bag selection, and equipment construction configuration.

Design also covers bag cleaning and collected material discharge systems, considering operating and maintenance requirements. Each filter is designed to work with capture points, ductwork, and the fan, meeting process requirements and installation conditions.

Application-specific sizing

Filter area and geometry defined by actual operating conditions and particulate characteristics.

Cleaning and monitoring

Cleaning system and pressure drop monitoring specified for process requirements.

Integration with the installation

Material discharge, interfaces with other equipment, and inspection access considered in design.

Engineering applied to equipment

Each configuration combines filtration, construction, and operating decisions. Technical analysis guides component selection and filter integration into the system.

  • Flow distributionGas inlet and internal geometry assessed for flow rate and dust loading.
  • Filter elementsSelection based on temperature, moisture, gas composition, and particulate characteristics.
  • Cleaning systemConfiguration and actuation defined for operating conditions.
  • Material dischargeIntegration with rotary airlocks, double-flap valves, and screw conveyors as required by the application.
  • InstrumentationMonitoring of pressure drop and process parameters according to scope.
  • Inspection and maintenanceAccess and available space considered for routine equipment service.

In-house manufacturing includes controlled welding, material traceability, and dimensional and assembly inspections according to equipment scope. Materials and coatings are selected for expected temperature, corrosiveness, and wear.

Applications and industries

Filtration of particulate-laden streams in crushing, grinding, conveying, transfer, bagging, and drying. Configuration is defined according to the technology's compatibility with the process.
