Experience applied to each process's requirements
Kleema engineering draws on industrial application experience to develop new installations and assess existing system performance. Work starts with an understanding of the process, operating conditions, and each customer's objectives.
Field surveys, measurements, and technical analyses guide diagnostics and solution sizing. This assessment considers capture, air and gas conveying, filtration, and particulate handling, taking account of equipment interactions.
The scope may cover studies, consulting, basic and detailed design, and support for system implementation and startup. Recommendations aim to match performance, reliability, energy consumption, and ease of maintenance to the installation's needs.
Measurements and diagnostics
Field data to understand system performance
Kleema conducts surveys and measurements to assess actual ventilation and filtration system operating conditions. Depending on scope, work may include checks of flow rate, pressure, temperature, and pressure drop, as well as assessment of capture points and equipment operating conditions.
Results are analyzed alongside process characteristics to identify constraints, imbalances, and improvement opportunities. Diagnostics guide operating adjustments, maintenance work, and adaptation or sizing of the necessary components.
Basic and detailed design
From sizing to defining installation components
Kleema develops designs for new installations and for expansion or adaptation of existing systems. Work considers process data, performance requirements, and implementation conditions to size equipment and define its integration.
Basic design establishes sizing criteria, system configuration, selection of main equipment, and the installation's general arrangement. Detailed design develops drawings, specifications, and interfaces required for manufacturing and installation, according to the contracted scope.
Engineering covers capture, ducts, treatment equipment, fans, and particulate discharge and handling, considering pressure losses, construction materials, access, and maintenance requirements.

Technical consulting
Experience to guide engineering and operating decisions
Kleema provides technical support to assess alternatives, clarify operating limitations, and guide investment in ventilation, filtration, and particulate material handling systems. Analysis considers process requirements, installation conditions, and the customer's performance objectives.
Work may include review of sizing criteria and specifications, assessment of equipment selection, and comparison of alternatives for modernization, expansion, or new system implementation.
Recommendations consider impacts on operation, energy consumption, maintenance, and implementation costs, providing a technical basis for decision-making.
Commissioning and startup
Technical support to bring the system into operation
Kleema provides technical support for commissioning and startup of new or modernized systems, checking installation and equipment operating conditions against the design and contracted scope.
Support may include checking fan rotation direction, cleaning and discharge systems, instrumentation, and controls, along with measurements and adjustments to align operation with design conditions.
During startup, assembly behavior is assessed to identify adjustment needs and guide the operating team, with attention to process stability and system reliability.
The scope may also include team training and support throughout service life, with monitoring, predictive maintenance, retrofits, and optimization to suit installation needs.
